Abstrak
Proses KKN Nusantara selain sebagai momentum pengabdian kepada masyarakat dimanfaatkan untuk penelitian yang bertujuan menjelaskan bagaimana aktifitas sebagian mama-mama desa Bipolo dalam menenun dapat dijadikan sebagai media pemersatu dan perekat kerukunan. Optimalisasi produk tenun sebagai langkah penguatan budaya yang memiliki multiplier effect ke berbagai aspek kehidupan baik aspek sosial, aspek budaya, maupun aspek ekonomi. Optimalisasi produk tenun tentunya tidak lepas dari berbagai permasalahan yang ada, salah satunya ialah masalah pemasaran. Penerapan strategi marketing mix diharapkan mampu menjadi problem solver atas permasalahan yang ada. Dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan Metodologi Asset Based Community-driven Development yakni sebuah pendekatan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai upaya yang sangat menekankan pada kemandirian masyarakat dan terbangunnya suatu tatanan serta pengakuan atas potensi aset yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat itu sendiri. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi produk tenun khas Bipolo melalui metode marketing mix berimplikasi pada kemandirian  masyarakat desa Bipolo.

Abstract
The process of KKN Nusantara in addition to the momentum of devotion to the community we use for research that aims to explain how the activities of some mama-mommy village Bipolo in weaving can be used as a media unifying and adhesive Harmony.Optimization of weaving products as cultural strengthening measures that have a multiplier effect to various aspects of life both social aspects, cultural aspects, and economic aspects.Optimization of weaving products is certainly not separated from various problems, one of which is a marketing problem.The implementation of marketing mix strategy is expected to be a problem solver for the problem.In this dedication using Asset Based Community-driven Development methodology is an approach in community development as an effort to emphasize the independence of society and the building of a setting and recognition The potential assets owned by the community itself. The results showed that thE Optimization of typical Bipolo woven products through the marketing mix training method has implications for the independence of the Bipolo village community.References
