MANAJEMEN HUBUNGAN MASYARAKAT DALAM ‎PENGEMBANGAN PONDOK PESANTREN AL-BASYARIYAH ‎KABUPATEN BANDUNG

Pondok Pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan asli Indonesia, karena menampilkan watak yang khas dan eksotik, memiliki keunggulan, baik dalam tradisi keilmuannya yang dinilai sebagai salahsatu tradisi yang agung, maupun sebagai transmisi dan internalisasi moralitas. Dan pondok pesantren pun salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang dapat memainkan peran pemberdayaan dan transformasi sosial secara efektif.
Tujuan Pokok Penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana proses manajemen hubungan masyarakat yang diterapkan di pondok pesantren Al-Basyariyah, mulai dari proses aktivitas Manajemen Hubungan Masyarakat di Pondok Pesantren dimulai dari (1) Perencanaan, (2) Implementasi, (3) Evaluasi, (4) Faktor pendukung dan Penghambat, serta (5) Hasil Manajemen Hubungan Masyarakat dalam Pengembangan Pondok Pesantren Al-Basyariyah.
Penelitian ini berangkat dari pemikiran Azyumardi Azra yang menyatakan bahwasanya reputasi pesantren tampaknya dipertanyakan oleh sebagian masyarakat Islam Indonesia. Karena mayoritas pondok pesantren masa kini seolah berada di menara gading, elitis, jauh dari realitas sosial. Problem sosialisasi dan aktualisasi ini ditambah lagi dengan problem keilmuan, yaitu terjadi kesenjangan, alienasi serta diferensiasi antara dunia pesantren dengan dunia masyarakat
Metode Penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitiannya dilakukan pada objek alamiah yang objeknya berkembang apa adanya, serta berlandaskan pada paradigma interpretatif dan konstruktif, yang memandang realitas sebagai sesuatu yang utuh, kompleks, dinamis dan penuh makna didalam prosesnya.

Islamic Boarding Schools are Indonesian original educational institutions, because they display a distinctive and exotic character, have advantages, both in their scientific traditions which are considered as one of the great traditions, as well as the transmission and internalization of morality. And boarding schools are also one of the educational institutions that can play the role of empowerment and social transformation effectively. Public relations management activities in Islamic boarding schools start from planning, implementation, and supervision.
The main objective of this study was to be able to find out how the public relations management process was implemented in the Al-Basyariyah Islamic boarding school, starting from the planning, implementation, supervision, public relations program evaluation process and the natural setting of Al-Basyariyah Islamic boarding schools and the successful development of passing institutions public relations management process.
This study departs from the idea of the Law on National Education System Number 20 of 2003 Chapter XIV concerning Management of Education Article 51 paragraph 1, management of an early, basic and secondary education carried out based on minimum service standards with the principle of madrasah-based management or forms of autonomy management of education in educational units in this case the head of school or madrasah and teachers in managing educational activities.
This research method is using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. His research was carried out on natural objects whose objects developed as they are, and based on interpretive and constructive paradigms, which view reality as something intact, complex, dynamic and full of meaning in the process.
